45-45 minute classes in a group of supportive, encouraging people led by a certified trainer.
Smaller groups of 2-4 people offering more specialized training. Perfect for friends who want to work out together, or those with special physical limitations.
Individualized training sessions for those who want to focus on a whole new level of fitness transformation.
