Newly launched for 2017, the Pure Form 2.0 Success Plan is designed with your health and fitness goals in mind. Our years of experience, hundreds of client success stories, and 5 Pure Form Facilities have brought us to one simple mantra: We are committed to providing you with the best cutting-edge fitness information and training. We will meet you where you are, because where you are matters to us. Your goals matter to us. Your health matters to us. You matter to us.
The PFT 4-phase system
This phase is based on your maintenance calories derived from your current weight and your lean muscle mass to create a picture of your optimal weight. Your optimal weight is based on a healthy weight for you, not what society says you should weigh. Phase 1 is the introduction to self-tracking.
Once you’ve reached an acceptable amount of weight loss, you are ready to add in the key components to help you build and sustain lean muscle mass. Lean muscle mass help you achieve a slimmer and more fit physique, helps combat weight gain, boosts energy, battles disease, contributes to strong bones, and creates long term health. Phase 2 builds on everything we learn in Phase 1.
We’ve made weight loss progress and we’ve built lean sustainable muscle—now the real magic happens as we uncover all those muscles we’ve built. Phase 3 is a culmination of everything we’ve learned in Phase 1 and 2. At this point, self-tracking is second nature as we watch the fat melt away.
Now that we’ve created a new, more fit, and healthier version of your already amazing self, it’s time to get out there and accomplish the things on our bucket list that have always eluded us. Let’s use those muscles and show the world what we can achieve! Whether you want to run a marathon, a half-marathon, a 10K, or a mud run, or simply want to be in the best shape of your life for hiking, swimming, and sports, you are a Pureformer and ready to achieve your goals with greater results!

The importance of self-monitoring
Pure Form 2.0 is a personalized transformation success plan designed to partner with the Pure Form Metabolic Conditioning style of training. If you want to improve your fitness, you need to track your progress and the positive behaviors that cause progress. This process is called self-monitoring—analyzing your actions to become more aware of how they impact your goals.
For example, if you want to manage your weight, you need to measure your weight so that you can track your progress. You also need to measure the two things that control your weight: your eating habits and your exercise.
Self-monitoring isn’t magic; you will have to do the work. The Pure Form 2.0 Success Plan is designed to help you manage what matters most. The #pftfamily atmosphere provides support, and your coaches are available on a daily basis to provide education, motivation, and accountability—you are not alone in this journey. At Pure Form PFT, we provide you with all the tools you need to follow our simple success plan.
